I’ve been trying to be “dry” this month, ostensibly to make up for past indulgences! But I still need to pick out a “Wine of the Week” to review on my blog (lucky me!) and this time, I’ve picked a Bonarda from Argentina!
I’m a really big fan of this undercover superstar grape. Though it does not have the fame of Malbec, it is undeniably Argentina’s #2 red grape variety and for good reason! Tune into this episode to learn more about Bonarda and what I think you should know about, and enjoy, when it comes to this grape variety.
